Paper Presentation

Rules:

 

  1. Content of the paper submitted must pertain to one of the topics allotted

  2. Maximum of two members per team is allowed

  3. The participant should be part of only a single team and a team is allowed to submit only one paper

  4. The paper should be submitted as an MS Word document or PDF with Times New Roman font (size 12) and single spacing

  5. 2-column (IEEE format) should be adopted

  6. The last date for submission of the paper abstract is 6-Feb-2017. Now extended upto 10-Feb-2017

  7. Selected papers will be intimated through e-mail on or before 12-Feb-2017

  8. All teams must bring three hard copies of their papers during the presentation

  9. The papers are selected based on criteria such as effectiveness of solution proposed and innovative nature

  10. Participation certificates will be awarded for the shortlisted candidates

  11. Decision of judges shall be final and it will be binding to all
